Explanation of Connection: The Judicial Branch consists of the Supreme Court, which explains the meaning of the Constitution and laws passed by Congress. The main role of the judicial branch is to interpret laws created by the legislative branch, and passed by the executive branch.

In my opinion, it's best for the judicial branch to inforce laws and decide whether or not something is constitutional. The head of the judicial branch is the Supreme Court, courts make the final decision as to if someone should be sent to jail, receive the death penalty, or be set free. Inforcing laws will help the citizens obey the constitution and law, and stay out of trouble; most people would rather not go to jail or be sentenced to death because they value their lives.

Explanation of Connection: The Executive Branch is mainly run by the President because he maintains the balance between the Legislative Branch and the Judicial Branch. The President also, checks the powers of the other two branches, to make sure one doesn't gain more power over the other; this is pretty bizarre, since the Legislative Branch seems to have more power than all branch's put together.

The Executive Branch carries out all of the laws; the purpose of the executive branch is to execute, enforce and administer the laws that Congress passes.

I believe that, the President should be the main person to carry out the laws because many people look to him as a role model; if they see him breaking the law, or behaving outrageously, then more than likely they will follow his lead. If the President presents himself as well put together, respectable and honest man; I'm sure the people who look up to him will want to present themselves in the same manner.

Explanation of Connection: This video is basically saying that the legislative branch has the most power, out of all the branch's of government. The powers of government should all be COMPLETELY equal, since they are suppose to be set equally in the first place. Even though the legislative branch makes the laws, they should still have the same balance of power (that would be where Checks & Balances come in).

Explanation of Connection: The two bodies of of the Legislative Branch (House or Representatives and Senate) each have different special powers and responsibilities, that help run our country as smoothly as possible. This is probably the best for the US because the citizens want to vote the right people into office (the people who will be involved in making laws that we will live by). Also, the people elected in the House and Senate want to keep their places and be re-elected, so they will most likely pass the bills that majority of the people like.

Explanation of Connection: The Legislative Branch has two separate bodies, the House of Representatives and the Senate. These two bodies, together, make up Congress. The two bodies (Congress) work together to write, debate and pass bills; and if the bill gets approved in both parties it is then passed to the President for final approval.

In my opinion, this is a good way to pass a bill. These bills are suppose to be for the best interest of the people, while considering it, the bill should be read-over by many different people with different views and opinions; to see if it would be best for all the people of the United States to live by for the rest of their lives.
